A Book To Add To Your 'To Read' List.

Broadcaster Lowell Green has written a book titled Mayday. Mayday: Curb immigration. Stop multiculturalism or it's the end of the Canada we know. You can read more about it here.

The publication of this book in a line of books critical of Canada's immigration system is encouraging. Along with the official launch of the Centre for Immigration Policy Reform I hope a momentum is brewing to put pressure on the government to bring some sanity to, what I feel is, an unpopular, destructive, and unsustainable immigration system.

It's about time someone stood up and says is like it is. Multiculturalism in Canada is a failure. We have Trudeau to thank for that one. It's time to give our heads a shake and stop the mass immigration to Canada. We don't need the amount of immigration that has occurred in the past. We don't need more unskilled immigrants. We don't need more people whose values differ from the Judo-christian values which form the basis of this country. It's time to stop being politicaly correct and stop importing immigrants that we don't need and end up on the welfare roles.

It doesn't matter, there won't be a country called Canada in the future anyway with the aging population and the new arrivals with the questionable loyalty to the country. I should know, I grew up in that country and spent twenty years there before finally leaving. Not once did I ever feel as though I were "Canadian," nor did I know of what the word actually means.

The whites in Canada are pathetic beyond words. They cling to old British colonial mindset, have small time attitude, cold and unreceptive people who think they rule the world while their reputation is taking a beating abroad. Subsequently, immigrants cannot assimilate and cannot gain employment and in the end they don't care about Canada.

Canada has failed on so many levels, this is just the start of the end of Canada, and there's more to come.

if you guys want to reform immigration so badly why not just start a political party that will do it, since noone else will

i'm sure you will win votes

The last commentator said the first sensical thing I've seen on this blog yet. Why not start a party of your very own rather than anonymously deriding "the ethnics" in your country whom you refuse to accept Canadian from behind the comfort of your monitor? It's not like you're cowards or hypocrites YOURSELVES or anything... right?

Time and resources. It's not as simple as you make it out to be. Besides a political process already exists. Public pressure can influence government decisions and that is the better way to get immediate results. For me to achieve the reforms in the immigration system by founding a new party would require a majority government come election time. That's unrealistic. Raising awareness and pressuring the government is the sensible way to go and that's why I have this blog. I wish I didn't have to. I hate blogging.

...anonymously deriding "the ethnics" in your country whom you refuse to accept Canadian...

I find it hard to accept those as Canadian who refuse to be Canadian. What's a Canadian you ask? Good question. You see, the Canadian is an extinct nationality. The Canadian doesn't exist because it cannot exist in a multicultural society. Calling yourself a Canadian just tells people what geographic area you occupy on the globe. Beyond that it's meaningless, really.
